Former student at the Nantes Medicine University, Emmanuel Coulomb joined American Cyanamid as Sales Rep, in 1985, before being recruited, four years later, by Procter and Gamble (P&G) Pharmaceuticals as Regional Director, over Brittany. In 1990, he has been asked to take the responsibility of the newly created Recruitment and Training Center, at the P&G headquarter in Neuilly (near Paris), in charge to hire & train new Sales Managers and Representatives, on Sales and Communication. Then, during four years since 1993, as P&G Sales Director, Emmanuel Coulomb managed the regional Sales Managers and Sales Reps, creating and putting in place dedicated Sales teams to introduce and develop new product lines based on highly advanced technologies. In 1997, he recommended, created and took the responsibility of a new structure: The P&G CMO (Customer Marketing Organization), in charge to reinforce the relationships with the customers, to retain and develop them, countering competition’s initiatives. One year later, Emmanuel Coulomb was appointed as European Sales Systems Manager, member of the European Executive Management, to manage all projects aiming to improve Sales Teams’ productivity over Europe and USA, including selection & deployment of a CRM solution, globally. After these 5 years assignment during which he had to ensure direction and drive of multi-cultural, multi-expertise teams, Emmanuel Coulomb was appointed, in 2003, VP Sales and Marketing Operations Manager France-Belgium with the mission to improve local operations effectiveness. Early 2005, Emmanuel Coulomb, contributed as Circular General Manager to the launching of a new Company based on a new concept: the rental of top performing Sales forces to Companies to sell their brands to Clients, creating a profitable business in less than one year reaching more than 3ME TO. After this start-up experience, during which he had the opportunity to get confirmation of the effectiveness of the sales & marketing best practices, he experienced directly or indirectly during 16 years in the P&G Company, Emmanuel Coulomb joined late 2006 a new Company. Appointed in September 2006 as Sales and Marketing Director, for the Legal Subsidiary of Wolters Kluwer France (WKF), the leading Company providing professionals with information services, he took in addition the responsibility of the creation and development of WKF Internet sites. One year later, in September 2007, Emmanuel Coulomb, was nominated Vice President, Sales Marketing & Communication Officer, Wolters Kluwer France, and developed several major marketing initiatives aiming to develop e-business”, revisit the “Go to Market” Model, improve “Customer Intimacy”. European Champion, he was also instrumental at European level, in progress initiatives revisiting brand strategy, pricing policy, discount practices … as well as in organizational new options, such as call center externalization … Creating mid 2009 a Paris-based Consultancy Company, Emmanuel Coulomb is now Managing Partner at EC&S Consulting and works on Marketing, Sales & Communication effectiveness improvement assignments for leading Companies, in Europe. In August 2014, Emmanuel joined Accudyne Industries, a widely known specialty product brands manufacturer that serve global customers who use safely handle fluids in upstream and midstream oil and gas production, as EMEA Business Development Manager. Being promoted in October 2014 as Global Sales & Marketing Director, he actively participates to increase sales from -2% vs. Y-1 in 2014, to +19% vs. Y-1 in 2017, as reorganizing the Sales, Marketing and Communication Departments. Mid 2018 he joined the Cornerstone Group as COO and is today Advisor to the CEO of Gulf Craft, 7th Mega Yachts builder in the World. Emmanuel is accountable to set up effective and successful processes among the Sales, Marketing and Communication Teams while working with the IT and production departments to structure, design and implement business operations.
